Sheffield Boiler Installations LTD, formerly known as S20 Heating Solutions, began its journey during one of the most challenging times in recent memory—the lockdown of 2020. What started as a small operation limited to emergency call-outs during the pandemic has since grown into a trusted, family-run business proudly serving our local community.
Building a business in the midst of restrictions was no easy feat. With limited access to homes and only essential services permitted, we laid the foundations of our company on determination, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping people when they needed it most.
In the early days, it was just me (Michael) with a focus on perfecting the basics: Answering the phone, turning up on time & keeping you updated before, during and after your appointment. Since then our team—and our family—has grown.

We expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers, offering everything from our online booking system to full boiler replacement. As word spread, we outgrew our humble beginnings as S20 Heating Solutions and rebranded to Sheffield Boilers to reflect our expanded service area and growing business
